Over the years I have learnt to merge narrative and transactional analysis, personality preferences and stories, contextual therapy and imago, theory and practice.
These are excellent skills and tools for deepening your own competency levels as well as professional efficiency. Therapists, trainers and HR practitioners will find this program to be helpful and empowering.

2 DAY: Living my Magic Workshop

This workshop is a follow up on the 3-day: Reclaiming your Magic workshop. After the three day workshop experience, people often comment that they want to come for follow ups, because they became aware of new potential or identities they want to explore further.
Themes that will be revisited are:

Reflecting on personal growth since previous workshop;

Am I still the same? (MBTI),

Deeper story lines development (life stories)

and Hands-on Conflict management skills.

It is for people who want to continue and sustain the journey they started.

I do 4 Personal Growth Workshops this year. These are for people who have the need for reflection and personal growth. Many people have used this workshop over the last 10 years to start their personal growth journey. This workshop will help people who want to reclaim their magic by deep-tuning their people skills. Many teams have also done the three days to reclaim there magic as individuals as well as teams.

Elsa Simpson holds an Hon. BA. (Medical Social Work) and an MA. (Social Work: Supervision and Management) cum laude from the University of Stellenbosch.

 

She has worked in the Psychiatric as well as the Industrial fields for many years. She is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) expert with experience in therapeutic counseling, coaching, training and management consultation. In her workshops she is able to create a safe space for people to explore and experiment with new identities and behaviour. She motivates and empowers people on a deep level that lasts years beyond the training.

 

She is co-director of Transmind South Africa – when sustainability is about people.
